Your future tasks:

  • Coordination of the entire kitchen area, implementation of the set standards
  • Creative participation in the design of the menu, day and season tickets
  • Creation of daily production figures
  • Organization and implementation of daily production
  • Production monitoring for quality & quantity, ordering of goods
  • Joint responsibility for the planning of food offers
  • Assistance with the training of new employees and the creation of duty roster
  • Assistance in the organization and implementation of training courses
  • Joint responsibility for the comparability of price and quality characteristics
  • Supervision of incoming goods, implementation of inventories

You will convince us:

  • Completed professional training as a chef, at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Confident handling of common MS Office programs
  • Creative, independent way of acting and thinking
  • Confident appearance in verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Team and conflict management skills, strong organizational skills
  • Systematic way of working
