The best ceramic frying pan
With our pans with a Ceraforce® ceramic non-stick coating, sugars, gluten and protein hardly adhere. This way you can also bake lean ingredients with little fat. Carefree without slices and yet crispy. A non-stick pan is more sensitive to wear and overheating than a stainless steel one. That’s why it’s best to use them for ingredients that need lower temperatures.
Bake with less fat
Through the Sol-Gel method, a layer of silicon particles was firmly baked on our solid pan. This Ceraforce® (Link to: technology page – anchor Ceraforce) ceramic non-stick coating consists of millions of microscopic peaks that reduce the contact surface with the ingredients and thus guarantee good non-stick properties. Thanks to this technology, you only need on average half as much fat as with a stainless steel frying pan.
Crusts in this non-stickpan? Yes, you can!

Healthy choice
The production ofthis innovative ceramic layer is done without PTFE and PFOA. This means that you can be sure that no harmful gases are released when baking at (too) high temperatures.
Control of temperature
Too high a temperature is not desirable during baking anyway. Even with a ceramic non-stick coating. In case of overheating, more than 230 C°, the non-stick layer is irrevocably damaged. So always keep a close eye on your stove.

Proper maintenance, longer service life
Always start with a well-degreased frying pan. With a ceramicanti-adhesive layer, that is even more important. The coating with microscopic peaks can be clogged by use ,which reduces the non-stick effect . That’s why wash your non-stick pan by hand. The dishwasher is no guarantee of a grease-free frying pan, and worse: the aggressive detergents can damage her.. .
Also use the right grease with a ceramic non-stick coating. Preferably a neutral oil resistant to high temperatures:peanut oil, corn oil or a specially formulated oil for hot preparations. Olive oil is not a good plan as it burns from a temperature of 150°C. Butter, clarified butter (ghee) or butter oil are possible.
Basically...
A frying pan with a ceramic coating is the best choice if you want to bake without slices with less grease and still a crispy result. Condition: maintain your pan with due care and caution.
